These Terms of Service govern digital platform usage, strategy consultation requests, and the operational scope of advisory engagements provided by PISC.
1. Advisory Scope & Engagement
PISC (Pioneering & Innovation Studies Center) operates as an elite advisory institution specializing in Governance Architecture, Strategic Workforce Planning, Business Process Management, Policy Management, Training, ESG Governance, and GRC Recruitment.
All digital interactions, website form submissions, and diagnostic inquiries represent preliminary business inquiries and do not constitute a binding engagement until formal advisory contracts or Statements of Work (SOW) are executed between PISC and the client organization.
2. Proprietary Methodology & IP Protection
All intellectual property, proprietary diagnostic toolkits, Delegation of Authority (DoA) templates, program portfolio specifications, graphic elements, and methodology blueprints published on this website remain the exclusive property of PISC.
- Proprietary Frameworks: The PISC 7 Execution Pillars, House of Clarity trademarks, and governance diagnostic Blueprints may not be reproduced without written authorization.
- Client Deliverables: Customized DoA matrices, corporate policies, and workflow designs created specifically under signed client contracts become client property upon full settlement of advisory invoices.
3. Accuracy of Client Information
Executives and organizational representatives submitting inquiries, recruitment criteria, or diagnostic request forms warrant that all corporate data provided is accurate, authorized by institutional management, and free of third-party copyright restrictions.
4. Professional Standards & Limitation of Liability
PISC delivers advisory recommendations adhering to international GRC frameworks, regional regulatory codes, and IFRS reporting standards. While our advisory systems optimize decision speed and risk governance, ultimate institutional decisions remain governed by the client board of directors and authorized executive management.
Limitation of Liability: PISC shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or operational losses arising from website unavailability or external misinterpretation of published informational articles prior to formal advisory engagement.
5. Governing Law & Regional Arbitration
These terms and all contractual advisory agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any legal disputes arising from platform use or advisory agreements shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Cairo, Egypt.
