Privacy Policy
At PISC (Pioneering & Innovation Studies Center), we treat client information with the highest standards of confidentiality, data integrity, and executive trust.
1. Institutional Commitment
PISC (“The House of Clarity”) provides strategic governance architecture, workforce planning, process optimization, and executive recruitment to corporate and public sector clients across Egypt and the broader Arab region. Confidentiality and data protection are fundamental to our advisory mandate.
This Privacy Policy details how we collect, handle, protect, and process data submitted through our digital platforms, executive inquiry forms, and strategy sessions.
2. Information We Collect
We strictly limit data collection to information necessary for delivering high-touch executive advisory services:
- Executive Contact Data: Full name, professional title, corporate email address, telephone number, and organization details provided during consultation requests.
- Institutional Strategy Context: Project scope details, operational challenges, DoA requirement inquiries, and GRC recruitment criteria submitted via consultation forms.
- Technical Metadata: Standard secure web session telemetry (IP address, browser specification, device category) collected solely for cybersecurity monitoring and load balancing.
3. Use of Information & Non-Disclosure
Client data is strictly utilized to facilitate executive advisory engagements, deliver governance diagnostic benchmarks, process GRC talent inquiries, and fulfill contractual commitments.
Strict Non-Disclosure Guarantee: PISC never sells, rents, monetizes, or shares client information with commercial third parties. Information is disclosed only when required by applicable laws or under explicit non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) signed with authorized client representatives.
4. Data Security & Retention
All digital interactions with PISC platforms are encrypted using TLS 1.3 encryption protocols. Client records and strategic project artifacts are stored within segregated cloud environments with strict role-based access control (RBAC).
Data is retained only for the duration required to complete executive advisory mandates, fulfill statutory auditing obligations, or as specified under institutional client retainer agreements.
5. Inquiries & Data Rights
Authorized representatives of client organizations retain the right to request audit logs of their stored contact data, request corrections, or mandate complete deletion of non-statutory records.
